HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Vista Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Richmond plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
