HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Richmond, VA)

Foxglove Sparrow Facilities is a facilities company in Richmond with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
