HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Richmond, VA)

Rivermark Bridge Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Richmond. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
