HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Pine Manufacturing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
