HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Maple Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Richmond. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
