HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Haven Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
