HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Richmond, VA)

Amberfield Mill Arts Center is an arts centre in Richmond with a full calendar of events. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 333 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
