HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Richmond, VA)

Rivermark Haven Auto Group is a Richmond company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
