HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Wren Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
