HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Insurance Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 347 people based in Reno. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
