HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Reno, NV)

Bright Pike Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Reno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Reno. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
