HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Rook Press Group is a printer and publisher in Reno serving local and national clients, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
