HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Pine Manufacturing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
