HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Corner Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
