HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Hollow Freight is a Reno logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
