HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bright Drift Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
