HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Harbor Transit Planning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
