HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Wren Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 587 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
