HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Field Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
