HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Field Markets Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
