HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Silverline Birch Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Boston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 779 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
