HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Summit Forge Transit Planning Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 949 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
