HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Little Rock. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
