HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Rowan Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tulsa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
