HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Quill Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Raleigh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
