HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Cedar Amber Insurance Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 669 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
