HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Lumen Sable Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
