HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in New Orleans, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 880 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
