HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone River Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Jacksonville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
