HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Drift Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
