HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Summit Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Fresno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
