HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Silverline Pine Manufacturing is a Detroit manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
