HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Vale Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
