HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Harborlight Iron Auto Group is a Toledo company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
