HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Clear Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
