HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Yarrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
