HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Junction Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
