HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Oak Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Phoenix working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
