HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Foxglove Vista Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Birmingham. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
