HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Amber Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Chicago plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
