HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Oak Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
