HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Amber Markets is a Houston retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
