HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Rook Press Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
