HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bright Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Baltimore. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
