HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cross Foods and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 799 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
