HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Lumen Yarrow Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around St. Louis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
