HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Maple Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Portland plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
