HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ashton Hospitality Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
