HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone Ivory Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
