HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vista Housing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
